Terms of Service
The service
Cero To AI provides AI system consulting and implementation services for real estate agents, delivered by Mauro Castillo, MD. The primary service is the Bleed Map™ diagnostic, followed by an optional Cero OS™ install.
Payment
The Bleed Map™ diagnostic is $1,500, charged upfront via Stripe at the time of booking. This fee credits in full toward the install ($3,500) if you engage within 14 days of receiving your report. The Cero Care™ retainer is $750/month and begins after a successful install.
Refund policy
If Cero OS™ does not recover at least $10,000 in pipeline value or 10 hours per week within 30 days of launch, we will refund every dollar of the install fee. You keep every system and workflow we built. The Bleed Map diagnostic fee is non-refundable after the diagnostic session is delivered.
What we build
All systems, automations, and workflows built during the install are owned by you. Cero To AI retains no ongoing ownership over the configurations delivered. Cero Care™ is an optional service agreement to maintain and improve those systems.
Scope and limitations
Cero OS™ is a communication and follow-up tool. It does not provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. It does not make offers, negotiate terms, or represent you in any legally binding capacity. Compliance review with your brokerage is conducted before any system goes live.
