What we collect
When you book a Bleed Map diagnostic, we collect your name, email address, and phone number through Cal.com. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
When you contact us by email or form, we retain that correspondence to follow up with you.
How we use it
We use your contact information to deliver the diagnostic service, follow up on your report, and send you information about Cero OS™ if you've expressed interest. We do not sell your data. We do not add you to bulk marketing lists without your consent.
Third-party services
We use Cal.com for scheduling (subject to their privacy policy), Stripe for payment processing (subject to their privacy policy), and Slack internally to deliver your morning digest. None of these services receive your data for their own marketing purposes.
